Spring Garden...

As we have had a few days of lovely warm spring weather, making the garden come to life and making me want to spent more time outside! I ventured outside this morning with the camera....

Daisies sure are a favourite and this one a cutting from my Mums garden last year

Also a favourite, I love how the petals crimp inwards

And my weeping cherry...white with just a slight tinge pink! First buds opened on Sunday (my birthday)

Bye For now

A couple more Lilliums in flower...

Can you see this one has a little visitor?

And Jess...she just didn't want to have her picture taken until I promised a belly rub, then she was soon on her back! Lol!

Scented Lillium

Bumble Bee on Queen Annes Lace. We seem to have more Bumble Bees in the garden this year than the common bee.
The first of my scented liilium has flowered.

Marshmallow shrub!

One of my favourites in the garden at the moment, has two shades of flowers on it, and it was easily grown from a cutting.

Afew flowers...

I am enjoying seeing all the lilliums I purchased from a mixed bag last year...and I haven't been disappointed as they are all so beautiful

A Dahlia, which didn't even flower last year and I thought I had lost it!
